About Club Wyndham Asia

Club Wyndham Asia is the Asia-focused vacation ownership programme under Wyndham Destinations. Members buy Member Points and use them to book stays at Club Wyndham Asia resorts. Note: Club Wyndham South Pacific is a separate programme and is not covered here.

How the club works

Member Points are the club's booking currency and refresh annually; expiry rules matter when planning usage.

Points conversion has conditions and costs and should not be described as an unconditional ownership right.

Membership tiers

Your tier is determined by how many Member Points you hold.

Emerald

Current tier for 5,000-19,999 Member Points.

Sapphire

Current tier for 20,000-39,999 Member Points.

Ruby

Current tier for 40,000-59,999 Member Points.

Diamond

Current tier for 60,000+ Member Points.

This is Club Wyndham Asia's recurring owner-cost terminology and maps broadly to the universal maintenance-fee concept.

Flexi Levy

This is not simply fee cancellation: the member gives up the relevant year's points and may lose access to other benefits for that year.

What the jargon means

Member Points→The points purchased on joining and used as the club's booking currency; they replenish annually on the joining anniversary under current rules.

Annual Levy→The annual contribution toward club and resort operating costs, calculated according to Member Points held.

Flexi Levy→A current benefit allowing eligible members to give up a year's Member Points and, subject to the rules, not pay that year's levy.
